Event Details

Adult and t(w)een patrons are invited to observe and/or participate in monthly exercise demonstrations.

In October, the Carver Fit Club will practice a ballet inspired workout.  Ballet Body uses a combination of body weight exercises, pilates, yoga, ballet, and dance-inspired principles to sculpt, tone, and lengthen.

All fitness levels.  No equipment necessary.
