Were Ignatius to have
favorite donut, that donut would be the noble beignet. Frankly, I don’t know if beignets are even
mentioned in A Confederacy of Dunces but let’s pretend they are. We’ll
attempt to prepare beignets. Should they come out strange, we’ll try to eat them all the
same.
