In June we will continue our fourth month commemoration of the August 28, 2005 10th Anniversary since Hurricane Katrina ravished homes and claimed the lives of countless residents of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. You are invited to the Greenwell Springs Road Regional Library as we launch Series I activity. Help create a no-sew Katrina Survivors' Quilt (one square per person): "And We're Still Standing" by designing and contributing your very own quilt square between June 1, 2015 and July 31, 2015. Series II promises to be engaging and uplifting. The unveiling of your personalized quilt square mounted beside other squares that will make a fabulous community quilt will take a place Saturday, August 29, 11:30 a.m.
