Join us at River Center Branch Library on Thursday, August 6th at 3:00pm to decoupage a notebook and make bottle cap magnets for your locker! We will Mod Podge images onto notebooks so you have a new journal before school starts and you can create your own bottle cap magnets using pictures from magazines.
