Ellene J. Stampley-Whiley  holds a B.A. in studio Art from Spelman College and a M.A. in Arts Administration from the University of New Orleans, studied abroad at the Lacoste School of Art in France, has attended advanced studio studies in New York at Parsons school of design. She has exhibited her designs at the New Orleans Center for Creative Art.  As founder of the E. Joi Studios, here vision is to create, enrich, and inspire .
