October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual campaign increasing awareness of the disease that will affect 1 in 8 American women every year. The Eden Park Library will be raising awareness with a craft and informative talk on Monday, October 10th at 5pm.

The program will begin with wine glass decorations commemorating breast cancer awareness and breast cancer survivors. Afterwards, Miranda Brown, a certified nurse midwife trained in well woman care, with the Mint Health Clinic will be give an informative talk on Breast Cancer and women’s overall wellness.
