Times are stressful and stress can wreak havoc on our minds and bodies. Learn how to take control of the trauma in your life using “trauma informed yoga” at Eden Park Library every Wednesday evening at 5pm.  

Class will begin with simple meditation, then breathing exercises, followed by gentle postures, and ending with relaxation.  Several options for modifications will be offered.  The aim of this type of yoga class is to make it as accessible as possible to as many people as possible and to alleviate symptoms of PTSD, depression and anxiety using meditation, breath work and gentle postures.

No experience necessary! Yoga mats will be provided!
