Chuck Boeneke, of LSU Extension Service, will present a video on cheese-making, provide a live demonstration, and read the book, The Stinky Cheese Man, by Jon Scieszka. Additionally, Dr. Boeneke will offer an interactive computer game to the children about cheese-making. Ages 5 and up. Please register.
