Chuck Boeneke, of the LSU Extension Service, will present a video on cheese making, provide a live demonstration, and read the book, THE STINKY CHEESE MAN, by Jon Scieszka. Additionally, DR. Boeneke will offer an interactive computer game to the children about cheese making. Ages 5+. Registration is required.
