On July 11, 2017, at the Greenwell Springs Regional Branch Library, adults are invited to the Baton Rouge File Club, where we will begin a new series, showcasing "Acid Westerns" - a kind of crazed counter-cultural Western subgenre that started in the 60's.  For July , we will show Robert Altman's McCabe and Mrs. Miller, about a gambler and a prostitute who become business partners in a remote Old West mining town, and their enterprise thrives until a large corporation arrives on the scene.
