Event Details

Come and enjoy an hour of relaxation and escape from the bustle of everyday life. Participate in yoga that is practiced from a chair. Participants will not need to stand, contort or get down on the floor. Perfect for seniors! This class will be very gentle and incorporate stretching, and range of motion techniques, designed to aid in relaxation.
