Rock out as a Zachary Library teen volunteer while you make your community a better place this summer! Our volunteers help prepare programs, listen to younger children read, put books in order, and assist in other ways.  They also make new friends, gain experience, and earn service hours.  If this sounds like you, register and attend this required training.  General training is from 10 until 11, while those who want to be a part of Book Buds and listen to younger students read each week need to also stay until 12:00 for special training.  Please bring your summer schedule with you so we can begin scheduling!  Picking up an application at the Teen Services Desk beforehand is encouraged, but not required.  You can also receive one by calling (225) 658-1870.
