For our sensory sensitive children, ages 6-11, we will be crafting some glittery sensory bottles for the winter season! We will also hear excerpts from the book Breath Like a Bear by Kira Willey and practice some of her easy breathing exercises that might help if you ever feel stressed or upset! Registration required.
