Meditation is the number one practice to manage stress and stress related illnesses, such as anxiety, depression, and others. Meditation is also useful to gain well-being. The goal of meditation practices is to achieve harmony of mind and body. In this continuing class, we will introduce and practice the very basic meditation practices.
