Chuck Boeneke, of the LSU Extension Service, will present a video on cheese-making, provide a live demonstration, and read the book, The Stinky Cheese Man by Jon Scieszka. 
For children ages 4 - 11. No groups over 15 people. Groups must register in advance. Registration begins May 7.
