Teens, do you need to find a way to relax? Or do you just want to know a little more about yoga? Come try an introductory yoga class just for teens. The class will include breathing techniques, Asanas (postures), relaxation, and meditation. We will learn some basic poses taught in many yoga classes today. Yoga is practiced barefoot, so be prepared to remove your shoes and socks. Please bring a yoga mat if at all possible. Registration is required, call 756-1170.
