Come to the Carver Library on Saturday, August 31 to see the latest installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In this story, Vers, a soldier on the planet of Hala, is fighting in an intergalactic war against a shapeshifting enemy, the Skrulls. Vers suffers from amnesia and recurring nightmares that contain people and images she doesn’t recognize. Her life changes dramatically when Skrulls abduct her and in the process of her escape, she winds up on planet Earth in 1995. There, she meets Nick Fury and a strange cat named Goose, who help her investigate her past. Will Vers figure out who she really is? What will happen when her planet’s war comes to Earth?
