Event Details

Come learn the history of the USS Kidd Naval Destroyer located in downtown Baton Rouge. Ship Superintendent, Tim Nessmith, will talk about the history of the ship, how it came to be permanently docked in Baton Rouge, and what exhibits and events are planned for the future.  You can come in person to the Main Library at Goodwood on Wednesday, May 19th at 6:00 pm, or watch it livestreamed on Facebook Live.
