Are you interested in learning more about living a healthier lifestyle? Do you often need creative ways to stretch your food dollars? If so, please join one of our Let’s Eat for the Health of It nutrition workshops, a series of FREE research-based nutrition education classes which coincide with the USDA Dietary Guidelines and MyPlate Food Guidance System, brought to you by the Southern University Agricultural Center
