Event Details

Germans are the largest single ethnicity in the United States, and have been part of the fabric of American life from the very beginning of European settlement. In this class we will talk about the two main waves of German immigration, settlement patterns, and what kind of records exist. We will also discuss how to find and read records from the old country.
