We will read The Story of Snow: The Science of Winter's Wonder by Mark Cassino.  Then we will make crystal snowflakes using water and borax.  This activity will be completed in two sessions.  We will start the crystals Thursday afternoon.  They will need at least 24 hours to form, so participants will need to come back over the weekend to pick up their finished crystals.  Limited to 8 participants.  Ages 8-11.  Call to register 389-7440.
