We will read Snowmen at Work by Carolyn Buehner.   Then, we will draw snowflakes on paper with a white crayon.  Using blue and purple water color paint, we will paint over the entire paper.  The white snowflakes will start to emerge.  Then, using tiny bits of salt, we will sprinkle the salt over the paintings and the salt will absorb some of the paint, giving it the melting snow look.  Ages 6-11.  Limited to 8 participants.  Call to register 389-7440.
