Discover the world of cheese -making with LSU's Dr. Chuck Boeneke, who will present a video on cheese-making, provide a live demonstration, and read The Stinky Cheese Man by Jon Scieszka.  Children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult.  Registration is required and limited to 25 children.  Sorry, no groups. Ages 6-11.
