SNAP Outreach Coordinators will be available to help with the following:
- Starting/completing/updating an application
- Submitting redeterminations & simplified reports
- Uploading/printing documents
They cannot assist with:
- Determining application status or benefit amount
- Providing EBT card assistance/troubleshooting
