Dino Day Special! Beginner 3D Printing Badging Class

Do you love dinosaurs? Are you interested in 3D printing and manufacturing? Then join us for this specially focused Beginner 3D Printing Badging Class! We are celebrating the infamous dinosaur for Dino Day, along with the Louisiana Art and Science Museum (LASM) in downtown Baton Rouge.

Pack your day with fun, hands-on activities beginning at LASM and ending at the River Center Branch Library Makerspace! For this beginner class, you will search for (or design) their favorite dinosaur to 3D print using our Lulzbot Taz Workhorse 3D Printer. Learn the basics of 3D printing and design software, including how to download, modify, and upload files to print, about GCode, appropriate print settings, and how to pay for prints ($0.05/ gram).
