Event Details
Fat toads, hissing cats, a vulture, and more! These Halloween gifts appear in
Carol Greene's Thirteen Days of Halloween (a musical parody of the "Twelve
Days of Christmas"). Children will sing and act our the book, learn about the
violin, dance the "Monster Mash," and play a Ghanaian musical game called
"Obwisana." While creating experiential joy during this "spooky" time of year,
we will discuss what scares us and why as well as how symbols of fear entered
popular culture. Registration is required and space is limited. Sorry, no
groups.
