Soap Making for Beginners

Join the Delmont Gardens library on Tuesday, December 6^th at 4 p.m. for instruction on how to make soap. We will melt down a soap base into molds and mix it with fun spices, herbs, and a moisturizer. These are fun and make a great take-home prize after everything is done.
