The Mountain Dulcimer or Appalachian Dulcimer is known as one of the only true American instruments originating in the mountain s of Appalachia. The Lagniappe Dulcimer Society is hosting a series of beginner classes teaching the beauty and simplicity of playing this historical instrument. Every Tuesday in March from 9:30-11am will hear the sounds of music at the Jones Creek Library. There is a limit of 10 per class and teaching instruments are provided for the duration of the class.
